Yandex Search — HR Campaign

Employer brand campaign for Yandex Search

A developer and their technology make the strongest team. Only the service itself knows how much lies ahead: algorithms to rebuild, launches, tests, lines of code to rewrite. So in this campaign the services stepped forward to thank their authors and invite IT specialists, their future buddies, to join the team.

Idea

We built the communication from the perspective of the services themselves. Each technology, given its own personality, showed respect to its creator and shared words of appreciation and motivation.

AI visuals

A series of abstract visuals was generated with Yandex AI tools. Each image stands for a specific service and conveys its character, unique features and atmosphere.

Message bubbles

To bring the idea of a talking service to life, we borrowed message bubbles from messenger apps. They became a key part of the identity, adding a sense of technology, conversation and constant interaction.

Merch

We designed a series of branded coffee cups and a sticker pack for the cafés of a business centre. The merch became one more touchpoint with the brand in an everyday setting, through objects people interact with every day.

Visual identity and recruitment communication for Ozon fresh

An employer brand for Ozon fresh: a flexible visual system and brand book, recruitment posters and OOH for warehouse and delivery teams, merch and a brand activation.

Idea

A visual system built on shapes inspired by the fluidity of the Ozon logo: organic lines convey openness, friendliness and a sense of natural ease.

The core metaphor reflects the diversity of audiences and expertise. Specialists are represented as petals, each with a unique character, coming together to form a dynamic kaleidoscope that symbolises the brand’s ecosystem.

Color palette

The core colour palette is expanded with accent tones to better engage different audiences.

Colour is used flexibly depending on the type of communication, so the visual language can adapt while staying consistent and recognisable.

Brand activation

As part of the project, a recruitment activation was developed around the insight of postponing goals for later.

Ozon fresh challenges this mindset by encouraging immediate action through the metaphor of the back burner.

ETG — Employer Brand Campaign

An Instagram investigation for Emerging Travel Group

Shortlisted twice, Recruitment Marketing Awards 2026

We never posted a vacancy. Instead, we launched an Instagram investigation: an anonymous travel account, a lost suitcase and a trail of clues that led people to ETG and to what it is like to work there.

01Anonymous account

We launched an Instagram investigation.

First, we created an anonymous account featuring content about workations and travel.

02The lost suitcase

Then we posted an announcement: someone lost their suitcase, and we needed to find the owner.

According to the legend, it belonged to an ETG employee… but no one knew it yet.

03Extra clues

We offered extra clues to the most engaged detectives.

To receive photos of these clues, they reposted our Reels in their stories.

Clue number one, flippers in a polaroid, next to the wildersbaggage Instagram profile; parcels sealed with caution tape; an influencer reel with follower guesses in the comments

04Influencers

Four influencers received “clues” from the suitcase and unpacked them in Reels for their audiences.

Each clue revealed one of the work benefits at ETG. Followers dropped their guesses in the comments, while we kept fueling the discussion.

05The reveal

Some of them asked for job openings even before we revealed the name of the company.

The first person to comment that the baggage belonged to an ETG employee won an adventure: a voucher for a new experience in her country.

Idea

In our project, we reflected the idea that every person has the ability to change or influence the future.

The futuristic design reinforces associations with the future, new opportunities, and the unknown. The circles in the concept symbolize unity and cohesion of the team, serving as focal elements in the design. Thanks to the scalable grid, we can adapt the concept to any format.

Box

For our set, a special box was developed, which transforms into a convenient organizer for storing documents when opened.

Merch

Every item carries the slogan “the one make tomorrow”.

InfoLED — Rebranding

Brand identity and website content for an LED screen maker

InfoLED is one of the leading makers of LED panels and screens in Russia. The new identity shows the brand as an expert that solves specific client tasks.

Problem

The only recognisable element of the brand was its logo.

The website was outdated, overloaded with text and hard to navigate. There was no visual system to keep communication consistent across channels.

Idea

Brightness, volume, screen and light became the starting points of the new brand.

The identity combines advanced technology with practical value for the client. The tone of voice shows expertise and real-world effectiveness.

Logo

Screen, light and volume came together in one sign.

The star is the accent element. A three-dimensional screen frame complements it and works as a stencil in compositions. Everything sits on a strict square grid.

Colour

White and black as the base, neon blues for a technological feel.

Accent colours work alone or as gradients that add depth. The base colours carry the logo, while accents are reserved for graphic elements and interactive formats.

Touchpoints

Website

A portfolio website that cut the bounce rate by 65%.

We restructured all content, created key 3D visuals and photorealistic mockups with neural networks, and condensed the copy to the essentials. A clear filtering system and links between cases and product pages fixed the navigation.
